The Organism for Poetic Research Presents Kevin Holden and Krystal Languell

Kevin Holden is the author of Solar, which won the 2014 Fence Modern Poets Prize, and of Birch, which won the 2014 Ahsahta Press Chapbook Prize. Both are forthcoming in 2015. He is also the author of the chapbooks Identity (Cannibal Books) and Alpine (White Queen Press). His poems have been included in the anthologies The Arcadia Project (Ahsahta Press) and Best American Experimental Writing (Omnidawn) and in Conjunctions, Jubilat, 1913, Aufgabe, Typo, Colorado Review, and other journals. He also translates and writes about poetry and is a PhD candidate in comparative literature at Yale. He is originally from Rhode Island.

Krystal Languell was born in South Bend, Indiana. A chapbook and a full-length collection of poetry are forthcoming: BE A DEAD GIRL (Argos Books, 2014) and GRAY MARKET (Coconut, 2015). In 2014, FASHION BLAST QUARTER was published as a poetry pamphlet by Flying Object and a chapbook, LAST SONG, came out with dancing girl press. A core member of the Belladonna* Collaborative, she also edits the journal Bone Bouquet.
